This is a 20w (100w) bayonet / B22 Quick start CFL energy saving spiral shaped light bulb made by Kosnic, it is top quality and offers warm white (the standard yellowish colour light) light with an average 8000 hour life.

These low energy bulbs also start up quicker than standard energy savers and last 8 times longer than a standard bulb.
